I always have olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper handy in my kitchen. These staples allow me to whip up a meal out of anything. Just to prepare you, I often forget to include a drizzle of olive oil in the ingredients section as it is such a staple here in my kitchen.
All meals are created to serve two unless otherwise stated. I observe a modified paleo lifestyle, but my husband doesn’t. All meals can be served over pasta or rice, and adding cheese will surely make everything better. Feel free to make substitutions!
